Hack Days: I love the culture Shopify is building

Internal Hack Days are great, not only for fostering ideas and developing new projects, but they are an excellent way to build an enrgised cohiesive team. I love the culture Shopify is building and the transparent nature of sharing by posting this video to YouTube.
